Our 11th annual family-friendly music & arts micro-festival is nestled in our beautiful orchard overlooking Tealham Moor and Glastonbury Tor!

In addition to this amazing line up there will be cooking demos, wellness activities, family fun and lots, lots more running throughout the festival, with a selection of pop up food vendors and a fully stocked bar serving a wide range of spirits and locally produced beers and ciders, including of course, our very own ‘OLD JOLLOP’!

Don’t be put off by the Great British weather as we have a large marquee 🎪 if it rains!🌦

Terms & Conditions for The 2024 Sand Cider Festival

General Admission
• Entry to the festival is by pre-purchased, digital tickets only.
• The organisers of the event retain the right to refuse entry at any time during the festival.
• Entry to the festival is by pre-purchased, digital tickets only.
• All ticket holders must present a valid photo ID to verify age.
• Adults (18+) may bring a maximum of 2 youth tickets (ages 10-17) and 2 child tickets (ages 9 and under) per adult.
• Youth and child tickets must not be sold individually.
• All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times during the festival.

Event Schedule & Restrictions

• The festival site opens on Friday, 30th August at 5 PM.
• No admission is permitted after 10 PM. Return entry is allowed until 10 PM with a wristband.
• Bag searches will be conducted at the entrance. Attendees are advised that no outside food or drink is allowed, except for medical reasons pre-approved by the organisers. Free drinking water will be available on site; however, any bottled water must be sealed, or it will be disposed of.
• No pets are allowed on the festival premises.
• The festival maintains a family-friendly environment with a zero-tolerance policy for any form of anti-social behaviour.

• Fireworks, lanterns, and balloons are strictly prohibited.

Financial Transactions
• All purchases at the bar must be made using tokens.

• No cash or cards will be accepted at the bar, although attendees are encouraged to bring cash in case of technical issues with the token system.

Parking & Accommodations
• Parking is available at a cost of £5 per vehicle for ticket holders. Attendees wishing to sleep in their car must have a valid caravan or motorhome pitch, which must be purchased online in advance.

• Vehicles and contents are left at owners risk.
• Camping is available with separate tickets, which do not include festival entry.

• No outside alcohol is allowed into the festival area; however, a small personal amount is permitted within the campsite along with light refreshments.

• No fires are allowed; only gas stoves may be used.

• Larger vehicles or those with awnings require 2 pitches.

Photography & Filming
• Professional photography or filming is strictly controlled and must be authorized by Ashgrove Farm Produce LTD™, The Sand Cider Festival™, and Old Jollop™.

• No commercial use of the event’s brand or imagery is allowed without prior written consent.

Cancellation Policy
• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rescheduled, and replacement tickets will be issued.

Entry & Conduct Policies
• A Challenge 25 policy is in effect to prevent underage drinking. Anyone appearing under 25 must provide valid photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol. Failure to provide valid ID will result in the issuance of an Under 18 wristband, and entry may be refused if responsible for minors.
• Drugs, weapons, and illegal items are strictly prohibited. Options for handling found drugs include amnesty bins, confiscation, and potential police involvement.
• The festival retains the right to refuse entry or remove attendees not adhering to terms and conditions.

Smoking & Prohibited Items
• Smoking is regulated according to legislation, and designated smoking areas will be available.

• Attendees are reminded not to bring glass items, fireworks, sky lanterns, weapons, portable laser equipment, or any illegal or offensive items. An amnesty bin will be provided for disposing of prohibited items before entry.
• These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees. Your cooperation is appreciated.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, or eject you from the Event for any reason including but not limited to concerns regarding the consumption of alcohol and drugs. Any individual refused entry or ejected from the Event will have their Ticket confiscated and/or cancelled.
